The Guild aspires to pray together every week, wherever members happen to be. It keeps us connected to God and to one another between gatherings.
Prayer, meals, and shared craft. The ordinary rhythms that hold a creative community together.
The Guild aspires to pray together every week, wherever members happen to be. It keeps us connected to God and to one another between gatherings.
We meet over meals to commission and workshop current and upcoming worship and art events. Good ideas start with good bread.
Artists share their work and their craft with the community, sometimes for Guild members only and sometimes open to everyone.
The Guild is made up of visual artists, poets, and musicians of varying levels of experience. We support the lifelong growth of everyone’s creative expression.
To that end we offer seasonal workshops where artists share their crafts. Some are specifically for members of the Guild. Others are opened up as an invitation for the wider St. Mags community to experience creativity as an act of worship for everyone.

We believe God created us to understand him through the tangible materials of this world and the stories of our Spirit-filled imaginations. So throughout the year the Guild offers opportunities for the greater Atlanta metropolitan community to experience God through the embodied and storied mediums of visual art, poetry, and song.
Painter, poet, songwriter, or simply someone who loves good work: there’s a seat at the table for you in the St. Mags Artist’s Guild.
